Lead global sales execution for IMDEX Digital Drill Rig, applying business development and revenue forecasting across international markets.
The Global Business Development Manager translates commercial strategy into revenue growth, customer acquisition, account expansion, and stronger customer relationships. This senior leader partners with Regional Sales Managers, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Technology, and regional IMDEX teams. The role oversees strategic accounts, complex negotiations, pipeline development, and commercial performance across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute global sales and business development strategy
- Set regional growth priorities, targets, and account strategies
- Lead complex sales opportunities and commercial negotiations
- Own forecasts, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Coach regional sales and revenue operations leaders
- 15+ years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Experience leading globally distributed managers and teams
- Success driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Strong forecasting, pipeline, planning, and negotiation experience
- Willingness to travel internationally
