Key Account Client Services Specialist

Support major clients for Mark’s Commercial through customer service, sales administration, and detailed account coordination. Serve as their consistent point of contact throughout the full sales cycle.

As a Key Account Specialist, you will provide concierge-style support to client employees while assisting Key Account Sales Managers. Your work includes reporting, order investigations, portfolio upkeep, and coordination with internal teams. You will help deliver specialized customer experiences and streamline account processes.

• Deliver high-quality service to major clients’ employees
• Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders
• Prepare, analyze, and share sales reports
• Organize and investigate outstanding order reports
• Develop proactive solutions to resolve account issues

• Minimum three years of sales, administration, or customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
