Sterling Homes New Home Host

Support new home sales with customer service and appointment booking as a full-time Host at Sterling Homes in Calgary. Work primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, you will support customers through the home buying process. The Host provides tours, product information, and purchase process guidance while maintaining showhomes or sales centres. Administrative work includes data entry, filing, calendar management, deposits, supplies, brochures, and signage.

• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails
• Book appointments and provide showhome tours
• Qualify purchasers and track customer information
• Inspect showhomes and sales centres for presentation
• Coordinate project changes and customer walkthroughs

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three months of customer service experience
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
• Satisfactory criminal record check verification
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, CRM, and accounting software
