Support global sales operations at Pursuit through Salesforce administration and Revenue Cloud contracting support for sales teams worldwide.
This specialist provides operational, administrative, and system support to Pursuit’s Global Sales Team. The work includes CRM data maintenance, contracting guidance, stakeholder support, and sales process documentation. You will help Sales Managers adopt systems, complete requirements, and resolve routine process questions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Sales Managers with Salesforce and Revenue Cloud processes
- Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and activity records
- Coordinate sales materials, tracking documents, and process resources
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing system guidance
- Monitor operational tasks and follow up on outstanding requests
- Diploma in tourism, sales, business, administration, or related field
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting sales teams, operations, or CRM systems
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with Microsoft Office proficiency and data quality focus
