Personal Insurance Sales Executive

Build personal insurance relationships at HUB through consultative sales, tailored coverage solutions, and detailed underwriting submissions for clients.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Personal Insurance Executive develops new business across habitational, property, casualty, and available products. You will identify prospects, gather underwriting information, and manage submissions to Underwriting or Marketing. The work also involves educating clients, strengthening relationships, and collaborating across sales channels.

• Build new business relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Deliver tailored personal insurance coverage solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Gather underwriting information and manage required submissions
• Collaborate across sales channels to expand market awareness

• Level 2 license required; CAIB designation highly preferred
• Minimum three years of insurance sales experience
• Current knowledge of all personal lines aspects
• Proactive, self-starting approach with keen attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
