Coordinate high-performing regional accounts through CRM administration, client problem resolution, and sales support for assigned teams. Manage escalations and timelines across departments.
The Sales Coordinator supports Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and broader sales teams. This position handles account communication, contract preparation, sales reporting, and CRM data qualification. It also supports client handoffs, RFP follow-up, and sales activity coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a contact for Global Accounts escalations
- Resolve client problems within established delivery timelines
- Coordinate sales activity for assigned regional teams
- Prepare contracts, deposit invoices, and RFP follow-up
- Document correspondence and provide account reports
- Two to five years in a similar support position
- Experience supporting Regional Sales Managers daily
- Experience with contract preparation and sales administration
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and internal tools
