Apply enterprise account management and team coaching skills while leading Ricoh Sales Representatives serving Target accounts in Alberta. Work hybrid from Calgary or Edmonton.
This District Manager role combines strategic enterprise selling with leadership of Alberta’s Sales Representatives. You will help achieve branch revenue and profitability targets, increase market share, and introduce Ricoh products and services. Success requires strong business-to-business sales experience, customer focus, and a balanced approach to decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage representatives toward monthly and annual quotas
- Provide account management services to Target customers
- Assist representatives with sales promotion efforts
- Explain Ricoh’s strategic direction to customers
- Attend product, service, pricing, and competitor training
- Five or more years in strategic enterprise account management
- Two or more years motivating and coaching sales teams
- IT industry experience strongly preferred
- Superior cold calling, networking, lead generation, and closing
- Excellent written, verbal, and public presentation skills
Use enterprise sales expertise, customer focus, and coaching leadership to advance Ricoh’s Alberta account growth.
