Honeywell seeks a Senior Account Manager reporting to the Sales Manager, Americas. You will manage strategic accounts, develop plans, and build stakeholder relationships. The work combines turbo machinery controls expertise, business development, contract negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow strategic turbo machinery controls accounts
- Develop account plans and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build stakeholder relationships and provide tailored solutions
- Win customers through complex business development processes
- Coordinate solution development and contract negotiations
- Five years in turbo machinery controls or industrial automation
- Five years of account management or sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent
- Experience in oil and gas, mining, power, or petrochemicals
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills
