Build member relationships through fitness sales at Good Life Fitness in Calgary, using goal-focused consultations and consistent follow-up. This is a full-time position.
As a Fitness Advisor, you will recruit new members and understand their specific health and fitness goals. You will recommend suitable ways to support those goals through Good Life service offerings. The role combines sales experience, relationship building, club tours, and member success planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a pipeline of potential members using available tools
- Tour potential members around the club
- Explain Good Life support for health and fitness goals
- Create plans for new member success
- Maintain member relationships through consistent follow-up
- Experience in sales
- Self-motivation and resilience within sales environments
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of people
- Passion for helping others and personal health
- Excellent time management skills
Use fitness sales, member consultation, and relationship-building skills to support Good Life members at Calgary Shepard or 130th SE.
