Licensed Pet Insurance Sales Specialists help Canadian pet owners choose coverage through consultative phone and email conversations, working remotely from their province.

Trupanion seeks a customer-focused specialist with an active provincial General Insurance license or equivalent. You will support prospective and current members, explain pet medical insurance, handle objections, and guide enrollments. The position requires empathy, resilience, and strong verbal and written communication.

• Answer inbound warm leads interested in pet insurance policies
• Understand customer needs and tailor insurance solutions
• Explain coverage options, policy value, and benefits
• Address objections with confidence, empathy, and trust
• Accurately enroll pets and document required information

• Active provincial General or Property and Casualty Insurance license
• Eligibility for license reciprocity, excluding Québec
• At least two years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Weekend availability and flexible Pacific Time scheduling
