Coordinate Alberta sales operations through CRM support, accurate materials, and organized communication with teams and customers. Evening and weekend events require availability.
This Sales Coordinator reports to the Field Sales Director and supports sales, marketing, and administrative activities. The position connects Customer Marketing with Sales while managing tools, data, inventory, and event preparation. It suits candidates with sales coordination or administrative experience, strong planning, and detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Sales Team as its daily point of contact
- Liaise between Customer Marketing and Sales teams
- Prepare and distribute accurate monthly sales tools
- Assist with CRM objectives, tracking, and data entry
- Coordinate tastings, meetings, seminars, visits, and events
- Sales coordinator or administrative experience
- Post-secondary education; sales or marketing certification is an asset
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving ability
- Availability for evening and weekend events
