Lead retail sales and merchandising across Calgary for General Mills and Blue Buffalo, coaching teams and strengthening grocery-store execution.
Encore seeks a Team Lead with CPG experience to guide part-time sales and merchandising representatives. You will translate client priorities into team objectives, improve product distribution and visibility, and build relationships with department managers. The work includes field training, performance tracking, and regional sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead representatives toward sales, coverage, and merchandising objectives
- Coach teams in the field for 50% to 60% of time
- Communicate retail priorities and maintain team communication
- Review reports and create plans when objectives are missed
- Lead seasonal activations, displays, and distribution efforts
- One to three years of CPG territory sales experience ideally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and selling abilities
- Ability to influence and lead change
- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
