Agricultural Equipment Account Manager

Build lasting rancher relationships through organized account management, customer follow-up, and responsive agricultural equipment support. Coordinate logistics, payments, and sales communication.

This Account Manager supports customers after the initial sale while helping the day-to-day sales process. The work includes customer success, sales coordination, and relationship-driven service for ranchers, agricultural producers, and rural customers. You will identify additional equipment, accessory, and service opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong existing customer relationships
• Conduct follow-ups to improve retention and satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and equipment drop-offs
• Maintain accurate CRM customer and sales records

• Experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working directly with ranchers and agricultural producers
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
