Drive underground equipment sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd in Calgary, using territory strategy, customer relationships, and market development skills.
As Territory Manager, you will grow market share for Ditch Witch and Morbark equipment within an assigned territory. You will serve utility construction, telecommunications, pipeline, municipal, civil construction, and infrastructure customers. The position combines prospecting, sales negotiation, customer support, and collaboration with Parts, Service, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop territory sales strategies and expand assigned market share
- Prospect for opportunities and respond to market trends
- Promote Ditch Witch and Morbark equipment and solutions
- Negotiate profitable sales contracts and terms
- Maintain customer reports, documentation, and opportunity tracking
- Three to five years of proven equipment sales experience
- Construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industry experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM proficiency
- Willingness to travel extensively with a clean driving record
