Sales Merchandising Representative Mosaic

Represent Campbell’s, B&G, and Coke Nutritional Beverage products through sales and merchandising across assigned retail locations. Travel within your territory and build retailer relationships.
Mosaic is recruiting a results-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative for grocery and mass retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience representing well-known consumer brands while driving sales, supporting promotions, and maintaining displays. The position suits someone developing a career in sales and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through selling, upselling, orders, and retailer support
Merchandise Campbell’s, B&G, and Coke products to standards
Build displays and negotiate point-of-sale materials
Support distribution, promotions, and planogram compliance
Manage territory coverage, reporting, and store-level issues
Requirements:
Sales experience is an asset; training is available
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Independent, organized, flexible approach with limited supervision
Comfort using technology, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Develop sales, merchandising, negotiation, and territory management skills while representing recognized consumer brands in retail stores.
