Lead current account growth across Retail Branch Banking while managing teams, customer acquisition, and portfolio profitability across an assigned region.
This Senior Sales Manager role owns growth and profitability for the current account portfolio. You will expand branch footprint, increase product penetration, and deliver customer service standards. Full P&L accountability connects execution with branch banking business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage branch officers across assigned branches
- Acquire customers for current accounts and asset products
- Drive client activation and achievement of float targets
- Monitor sales calls, market coverage, and acquisition processes
- Track performance against defined business plans
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum seven years’ relevant banking sales experience
- Experience in branch banking or current account acquisition preferred
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer acquisition record
- Fluent English and strong business communication skills
