Shape IMDEX Digital Drill Rig growth through strategic account management, complex negotiations, and commercial planning across global markets.
This Global Business Development Manager leads sales execution and business development for the Digital Drill Rig business. The position develops regional priorities, builds enterprise pipelines, and serves as executive sponsor for strategic customer accounts. Collaboration spans Regional Sales Managers, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product, Technology, Marketing, and regional IMDEX teams to align customer needs with commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Build global pipelines across customers, partnerships, and enterprise accounts
- Support regional account plans and performance objectives
- Develop executive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Partner on onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Monitor risks, opportunities, and corrective commercial actions
- 15+ years of progressive commercial experience
- Proven commercial strategy and customer acquisition results
- Ability to coach sales leaders and improve performance
- Experience with CRM and revenue reporting systems
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Use strategic account management, customer relationships, and commercial leadership to expand IMDEX Digital Drill Rig markets globally.
