Insurance Sales Account Executive

Support insurance clients in Barrie, Ontario through inbound and outbound calls, digital channels, tailored solutions, and trusted advice.

This Inside Sales Account Executive role with a Desjardins Agent serves clients across their insurance needs. You will provide product guidance, identify needs, develop leads, and market appropriate insurance products and services. The position combines customer service, sales, problem solving, and appointment scheduling while supporting clients with inquiries, policy changes, claims, and billing clarification.

• Provide tailored insurance solutions and advanced product guidance
• Deliver accurate inbound and outbound advice, service, and sales
• Address customer concerns and escalate matters appropriately
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Establish and meet marketing goals with the agent

• Preferred sales experience in inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing
• Preferred record of meeting sales goals or quotas
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills
• Proactive problem solving, multitasking, and customer service dedication
• Property and Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
