Use fitness coaching and sales skills as a Sales and Service Representative at Good Life Fitness. Support members while developing customer service expertise.
This Fitness Coach position combines membership prospecting, follow-up, and sales with member coaching. You will generate leads through outreach, referrals, community events, and business partnerships. The role includes equipment orientations, client goal discussions, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, follow up, and sell new memberships
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Build member relationships and counsel positive lifestyle changes
- Coach cardiovascular and weight training orientations
- Greet members and maintain the club environment
- Previous sales experience
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work a variable schedule
- CPR certification within three months of employment
