As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers from vehicle selection through payment terms and completed purchases. The position emphasizes retail sales, customer service, professional messaging, appointment generation, and repeat business. A hunter mentality, resilience, and consistent daily work plan support monthly sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate appointments through emails and prospect calls
- Guide customers through selection and payment terms
- Negotiate while following dealership policies and standards
- Update the dealership customer database
- Earn repeat and referral business through follow-up
- At least three years of customer-facing experience
- Retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Competitive spirit, drive, consistency, and resilience
- Current valid Canadian driver’s license required
- Ability to pass background and MVR screening
