Lead commercial sales growth for Rogers Business in Calgary, using team coaching and sales funnel management onsite. Guide Enterprise customer solutions across defined business territories.
The Senior Manager Commercial Accounts directs a team selling and cross-selling Rogers products and services. You will manage five to seven Account Executive direct reports while supporting customer education, prospecting, and satisfaction. The position serves Enterprise and Commercial business markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and support Account Executives toward monthly quotas
- Manage weekly sales reports and funnel activity
- Attend key client meetings and support deal processes
- Develop sales strategies, plans, and implementation
- Manage performance, talent, workforce planning, and engagement
- Minimum 10 years progressive sales experience
- Two to five years preferred in business sales management
- Enterprise or Commercial market experience
- Proven funnel management and target achievement
- Valid provincial driver's license and reliable vehicle
