Build member relationships through fitness sales at Good Life Fitness, using rapport and health goals to guide personalized recommendations.
As a Fitness Advisor, you will recruit new members and understand their specific health and fitness goals. You will use Good Life tools, tour potential members around the club, and recommend services supporting their goals. Success requires sales experience, resilience, time management, and connection with diverse people.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a pipeline of potential members using Good Life resources
- Tour potential members around the club
- Educate prospects about support for health and fitness goals
- Create new member success plans using Good Life services
- Maintain relationships through consistent member follow-up
- Experience in sales
- Self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of people
- Passion for helping others and personal health
- Excellent time management skills
