- New business development
- Assist with sales strategy
- Work closely and build strong relationships with all functional groups within Enercare
- Represent Enercare in local Home Builder Associations
- Partner with new dealers, builders, and builder partners
- Offer day-to-day support for customers, dealers, builders and builder partners
- Accountable for overall customer care and satisfaction
- Assist with local sponsor ships
- Responsible for maintaining and updating a corporate account database
- Additional Sales Management responsibilities to be cascaded from time to time
- Experience in Sales required
- Experience in Account Management is an asset
- Experience with or similar CRM an asset
- Experience in the Builder Industry is an asset
- Experience in the HVAC Industry is an asset
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be energetic and have a positive attitude
- Flexibility for evening and weekend events and meetings is required
- Applicant must reside or relocate to Alberta or the surrounding area
