White Cap Field Account Manager

Drive profitable sales growth at White Cap through field customer relationships, prospecting, and cross-selling across assigned accounts. Operate a vehicle consistently during more than 20% of the average work week.

As an Account Manager, you will grow assigned customer accounts and achieve sales targets through new business development. The work includes customer success, product knowledge, data analysis, and coordinated service issue resolution. You will serve professional contractors across White Cap’s product categories.

• Conduct face-to-face business with potential and existing customers
• Increase customer value through cross-selling opportunities
• Forecast, prospect, and bid for new business
• Develop relationships with organizational decision-makers and influencers
• Submit required sales administration reports and attend meetings

• Typically, a related BS or BA degree
• Two to five years’ related experience, or related master’s degree
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record report
• Knowledge of Strategic Selling concepts preferred
• Phone sales or B2B CRM software knowledge preferred
