• Speak directly with customers to review tribology and lubricant testing lab results
• Explain wear patterns, lubrication issues, and mechanical findings in clear terms
• Provide recommendations to improve equipment performance and reliability
• Support customers in identifying root causes of friction and wear problems
• Work with our lab team to ensure testing aligns with customer needs
• Assist with report explanations, and data interpretation
• Translate mechanical knowledge into actionable insights for clients

• Mechanical experience: mechanic, millwright, mechanical technician, heavy-duty tech, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (bearings, gears, pumps, engines, hydraulics, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly
• Customer-focused mindset and confidence in speaking with clients
• Willingness to learn tribology (friction, wear, lubrication) — training provided

This position requires a person to stand, sit and lift throughout the shift in a laboratory environment. Manual dexterity is required to perform repetitive tasks. PPE is required where applicable.
