• To be a lead mentor/ educator one would need at least an associate degree and would have a background in science and ideally some familiarity working with children.
• To be an assistant mentor/educator preferably we would like you to have a background in science, but it is not necessary and/or a familiarity or desire to work with children.
• Several of these students primarily speak a language other than English ability to work with students in other languages, especially Spanish, is valued in instructors.
