Join Garda World as a Client Liaison Coordinator in Calgary, Alberta, where you'll oversee service delivery and strengthen client relations. This role requires proactive communication and on-site monitoring.
As the Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive contracted services. Ongoing communication with security teams and accountability for staff performance is essential. You'll maintain site schedules while managing training and participating in safety meetings to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Regularly engage with on-site security team members
• Evaluate and monitor staff performance systematically
• Ensure site schedules are filled and organized
• Assist in tracking security personnel training
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in Security Technology or equivalent
• At least 1+ years in physical security roles
• CPP designation will be advantageous
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
