As part of Sephora’s commitment to diversity and empowerment, you will lead the development of asset protection initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires effective collaboration with teams to identify shrink issues while mentoring and developing your team of Asset Protection Partners, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategies to decrease shrink
• Conduct training sessions focusing on loss prevention
• Perform comprehensive store evaluations regularly
• Investigate fraud and support criminal case development
• Directly manage and develop asset protection teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in asset protection
• Leadership capabilities in a collaborative environment
• Proficient understanding of relevant laws
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Prepared for extensive travel within the district
