Position: Triumph Protection Group Loss Prevention Role
Ensure security and minimize loss at Triumph Protection Group in Calgary, AB as an Asset Protection Specialist. This full-time role involves employing effective strategies to thwart theft and support environmental compliance.

You will engage with clients to investigate theft incidents, conduct surveillance, and collaborate with external agencies like the police. Building partnerships is vital as you work with store management and Loss Prevention teams to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with apprehending theft suspects

• Report incidents and testify in court if necessary

• Monitor theft activities and aid in investigations

• Partner with law enforcement and security agencies

• Archive and analyze CCTV footage as needed

Requirements:

• High School education;
Criminal Justice degree preferred

• Two years of experience in loss prevention/security

• Strong relationship-building skills with retail teams

• Capable of physical exertion and legal compliance

• Ability to sit for long periods while monitoring
