Key Responsibilities:

• Review team incident reports for accuracy

• Coordinate operations with clients and emergency entities

• Manage CCTV footage reviews

• Support tenants with customer service needs

• Maintain training matrix for personnel

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in security

• Possess valid Alberta Security license and first aid card

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and service skills

• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts
