Position: Full-Time Security Representative Position
Join Mount Royal University as a Security Representative and enhance campus safety. This full-time role emphasizes customer service and first response to incidents, ensuring public security on campus.

As a Security Representative, you'll strive to uphold safety by patrolling the campus and reacting promptly to emergencies. Key actions involve investigating issues, managing reports, and liaising with various organizations to promote a safe environment.

Your role will be integral to maintaining order and security during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the campus

• Offer assistance and directions to facility users

• Recognize and report suspicious activities effectively

• Handle investigations and surveillance when needed

• Operate dispatch and monitor alarms

Requirements:

• One-year completion of a post-secondary program

• Required Security License from the Government of Alberta

• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications

• Class 5 Alberta Driver's License and clean record

• 6-12 months of experience in a security role

Provide strong support in security and customer service at Mount Royal University.
