Night Shift Resident Advisor in Lake Louise

Be part of the Lake Louise Ski Resort team as a Night Shift Resident Advisor. Ensure a protected and secure environment for staff while enjoying breathtaking views all around. This full‑time summer role involves overseeing staff accommodations at Lake Louise Ski Resort, where you’ll provide support, enforce housing policies, and respond to various situations with professionalism.

You will conduct regular patrols, assist employees beyond office hours, and maintain communal areas. Your ability to mediate situations effectively is essential for this role.

• Conduct regular patrols of staff accommodations
• Assist employees outside housing office hours
• Enforce conditions of residence agreement
• Complete nightly incident and duty reports
• Liaise with law enforcement as needed

• Valid Canadian or international license with a clean abstract
• Strong communication skills in confrontational situations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically able to lift/carry 50lbs
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
