Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain visibility to deter theft and unwanted behavior

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries

• Patrol sales floors and other areas proactively

• Respond to incidents or emergencies with professionalism

• Liaise with management on safety concerns

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Worker License required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• At least 6 months of customer service experience

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Capacity to stand for long shifts
