Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and must possess a valid Alberta Security license or the ability to obtain one. This role includes both day and overnight shifts, placing emphasis on keen observational skills and quick decision-making during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

• Conduct proactive safety patrols and monitor for policy breaches

• Attend to security alarms and respond to emergencies promptly

• De-escalate situations and liaise with emergency services

• Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security license or ability to obtain one
