As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

• Hourly wage of $24 + comprehensive benefits

• Full Time Position - Night Shift 1930 - 0730 on a 4/3 split

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security guards
• Conduct security audits and assessments
• Use access control systems and security protocols
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (clients, law enforcement, emergency services)
• Plan and execute emergency response protocols

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Must have been in Canada for 5 years to obtain the reliability clearance required for the position
• Proven track record of promoting team development and maintaining high performance standards
• At least 3 years of experience in security and team management
• Hold a valid Security license
• First aid certification
• Able to travel to Airdrie and Balzac
• Must have a car, driver's license and clean driver abstract
