Advance your career with Blackline Safety as an Alert Management Specialist focused on safety and technology. This full-time role is vital for managing emergency alerts and ensuring client satisfaction.
In this role, reporting to the Manager of Alert Management, you will efficiently oversee the safety of personnel through real-time systems. Your tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues and responding to critical situations, all while providing top-notch customer service. With a keen attention to detail, you'll also be responsible for monitoring road and weather conditions to proactively inform lone workers of any hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor safety alerts for real-time personnel protection
• Manage emergencies according to established protocols
• Remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Provide basic troubleshooting for alerts
• Update records and prepare incident reports
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English required
• Previous customer service or dispatch experience
• Must possess current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong organizational skills for managing client inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
