Security Officer - Night Shift

Position: Security Officer - Night Shift Available
Help maintain a safe environment as a Security Officer with Cadillac Fairview. This night shift role is focused on customer service while safeguarding property.

In this position, you will uphold a consistent schedule starting at 7pm, ensuring property safety and compliance with established standards. Your duties will range from conducting patrols to assisting clients with emergencies or safety concerns. Strong interpersonal skills and a good judgment are essential in addressing any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols to deter crime

• Assist with emergencies and customer safety issues

• Comply with property rules and regulations

• Complete inspections of fire safety equipment

• Document incidents and maintain reports thoroughly

Requirements:

• Post-secondary security or law enforcement education

• At least one year experience in security preferred

• Provincial Security License and First Aid Certification required

• Familiarity with the Trespass to Property Act

• Effective communication and decision-making abilities
