Position: Retail Security Role with Securiguard
Elevate retail safety as a Retail Security Officer with Securiguard. Engage with customers while maintaining a secure shopping atmosphere.

In this essential role, you will be an approachable presence, deterring theft and responding effectively to security needs. You'll conduct proactive patrols and work with Loss Prevention to report suspicious activities, all while focusing on exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deter theft with a highly visible presence

• Assist customers and address their needs

• Perform regular patrols of retail areas

• Respond quickly to any disturbances

• Complete detailed incident reports as necessary

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid BC Security Worker License

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Previous retail or security experience an asset

• Observant and proactive attitude required

• Ability to remain attentive during long shifts
