Expert Physical Security & Compliance Specialist

The successful candidate will execute and deliver technical operations within the physical security domain. Key responsibilities include the administration of access control systems, coordination of daily security operations, and participation in incident reviews. By engaging with various teams, you will strengthen security protocols and improve compliance with industry governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Electronic Physical Access Control System updates
• Facilitate guard services and improve post orders
• Conduct reviews of physical security incidents
• Drive security improvement actions and audits
• Assist with compliance in Fire & Life Safety (FLS)
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years in Corporate Security Management
• Post-secondary diploma in Security Management or equivalent
• Knowledge of electronic access control operations
• Strong independence within established procedures
• Familiarity with risk management and incident management
