Your role will involve patrolling accommodations, responding to incidents, and supporting housekeeping efforts. Strong communication skills are necessary for success in handling various situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol accommodations for safety checks

• Provide assistance beyond housing office hours

• Enforce conditions set by rental agreements

• Complete nightly incident reporting efficiently

• Liaise with emergency services as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to manage confrontations calmly

• Strong adherence to policies and procedures

• Physically capable of handling 50 lbs

• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
