This role requires flexibility for day and overnight shifts, focusing on strong observational skills and rapid decision-making during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

• Conduct proactive safety patrols and monitor for policy breaches

• Attend to security alarms and respond to emergencies promptly

• De-escalate situations and liaise with emergency services

• Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security license or ability to obtain one

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service experience

• Observational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to walk long distances and navigate stairs
