Protect a high secure hospital environment by becoming a part-time Security Operator with NHS Scotland. This role encompasses 15.57 hours per week with flexible weekday and weekend scheduling.
You will be responsible for monitoring access, performing perimeter checks, and effectively managing conflict situations. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to navigate diverse scenarios professionally while collaborating within a tight-knit team. Flexibility in scheduling promotes work-life balance throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control facility access for authorized individuals only
• Conduct daily perimeter checks for security assessments
• Escort visitors and staff safely within the premises
• Handle and resolve disputes professionally and calmly
• Maintain security records and manage system operations
Requirements:
• Experience in security or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills required
• Attention to detail and task prioritization necessary
• Full valid UK driving licence is essential
