Position: Full-Time Retail Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-visibility patrols on foot, bike, or vehicle

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance

• Document safety hazards and operational issues

• Assist with incidents and investigations, coordinating with law enforcement

• Monitor CCTV footage and respond to emergencies

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security License or ability to obtain one

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with security technology and CCTV systems

• Ability to respond effectively in emergencies
