Position: Strathcona Security Advisor Role
Strathcona Resources is looking for a passionate Emergency Management and Security Advisor based in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time role will focus on emergency response strategies and security management.

You will work within the Health & Safety team, offering guidance on emergency management, developing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your efforts will be vital in safeguarding personnel and assets while enhancing overall organizational preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update emergency and business continuity plans

• Conduct comprehensive threat and risk assessments

• Support emergency response efforts and training initiatives

• Collaborate with first responders and law enforcement

• Manage security projects and distribute security measures

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 8 years of related industry experience

• Familiarity with CSA Z246.1 and Z246.2 standards

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and good driving history
