Position: Calgary Stampede Bar Security Role
Join the Security Team for the Calgary Stampede and provide a safe experience at licensed bars and venues. This seasonal position in July 2026 requires valid Pro Tect and Alberta licenses.

As a member of the Security Team, you'll enhance the safety of liquor-licensed venues during the Calgary Stampede.

Your role is crucial in ensuring adherence to security protocols and providing exceptional service to guests and staff. You'll be the first line of support, addressing inquiries and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety protocols are followed in licensed areas

• Promote safety through keen observation and communication

• Provide consistent messaging aligned with management directions

• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with information

• Protect property and ensure the safety of all attendees

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older by June 2026

• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Valid Pro Tect and Alberta Solicitor General certifications

• Ability to work all 10 days of the event

• Bar security experience is a plus
