As a part of Paladin Security's Healthcare Division, you will be responsible for protecting patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. This role covers various facilities, including hospitals and clinics, with a focus on providing customer service and public safety while minimizing risk. Flexible shifts of 4 days on, 4 days off create a balanced work life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to the facility and restricted areas

• Respond to incidents and monitor property via cameras

• Patrol the facility and identify potential hazards

• Address alarms and emergency calls effectively

• Document and report any security-related irregularities

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED

• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification required

• Possession of a valid Security License

• Excellent communication and public safety skills

• Ability to manage physically and emotionally demanding situations
