As part of Paladin Security’s dedicated team, you'll engage in proactive risk management and incident response. Enjoy a structured schedule working 4 days on and 4 days off in alternating day and night shifts, ensuring a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to healthcare facilities and restricted areas

• Monitor cameras to respond promptly to incidents

• Conduct patrols to identify security risks

• Respond effectively to alarms and emergency calls

• Document incidents and ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level C

• Valid Security License

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Capacity to handle the demands of a security environment

Contribute to safety and support within Red Deer’s healthcare facilities as a Healthcare Guard.
