With over three years of security experience required, you’ll also assist the Security Supervisor in training staff. This position includes responsibilities for CCTV monitoring, access control, and acting as a primary client contact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure security guards meet training requirements
• Assist with site-specific training and supervision
• Monitor operational aspects like CCTV and alarms
• Ensure compliance with WHMIS and safety standards
• Provide support for subordinate staff as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of security experience
• Valid Alberta Security License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry 20+ lbs
