Ensure safety at Lake Louise Ski Resort as a Night Shift Resident Advisor. This role involves security patrols, responding to incidents, and assisting staff and guests.

As a full-time Resident Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure atmosphere across all properties at Lake Louise Ski Resort. Key responsibilities include conducting security patrols, liaising with law enforcement, and addressing complaints proactively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this position, promoting a safe environment for everyone on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly security patrols around the resort properties

• Enforce residency conditions per rental contracts

• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services

• Respond to complaints and complete investigations

• Write detailed nightly security incident reports

Requirements:

• Clean Canadian or international driver's license

• 3 years claim-free insurance history

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong communication skills and high energy

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs
