Security Controller

Position: Cushman & Wakefield Security Controller Role
Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Security Controller to steer security operations. In this role, you'll manage guard activities and monitor all security systems effectively.

As a Security Controller, you will ensure a safe environment through direct oversight of security measures and incident response. You'll utilize your strong communication and problem-solving skills to maintain security documentation and ensure readiness for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily security operations in the complex

• Coordinate documentation of security activities

• Monitor CCTV and access control systems vigilantly

• Inform all departments of incidents and emergencies

• Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in relevant security roles

• Proficient in MS Office software

• Knowledge of security and safety protocols

• Effective communication and customer-focused mindset

• Previous supervisory experience beneficial
